You can assign or unassign a User to a Role through the following ways:

Assign a Role from the Roles List
1. Log in to the BT Cloud Work Portal.
2. On the Admin Portal, go to Users > Roles, select a Role from the list. You can select either a Predefined or a Custom Role.
3. Click Assigned Users > Assign user. The Assign users to role window will appear.
4. Tick checkbox/es to select Users from the list and click Assign.
Assign or unassign a Role via User details
1. Log in to the BT Cloud Work Portal.
2. On the Admin Portal, go to Users > User list, click on the User you want to assign a Role.
3. Go to User Details > Settings & Permissions, and then click Edit under Roles.
4. Select a Role, and then click Save
Unassign a User from a Role
1. Log in to the BT Cloud Work Portal.
2. On Users > Roles, select a Role from the list.
3. On the selected Role, click Assigned users > Remove on the User you want to unassign the Role.
4. Click Yes on the confirmation box.
