How to log in to the BT Cloud Work

You can log in to the BT Cloud Work Portal using the following options:

• Direct link to the log in page
• BT Cloud Work homepage.
• Using your Phone Number
• Using the Single-Sign On 
• Log in using Google Credentials
   

BT Cloud Work direct sign in page

1. Go to https://portal.btcloudphone.bt.com/login.
2. Enter your email address on the space provided, then click Next.
3. Enter your password, then click Sign In. If you select Stay signed in, you will be automatically logged in to your account the next time you visit the site.

BT Cloud Work homepage

1. Go to https://support.btcloudphone.bt.com/.
2. Click Login. You will be redirected to the Sign In page.
3. Enter your email address and click Next.
4. Enter your password, then click Sign In. If you select Stay signed in, you will be automatically logged in to your account the next time you visit the site.

Log in Using your Phone Number

1. Go to https://portal.btcloudphone.bt.com/login.
2. Enter your phone number on the space provided, then click Next.
3. Enter your password, then click Sign In. If you select Stay signed in, you will be automatically logged in to your account the next time you visit the site.

Log in to the BT Cloud Work Portal using Single Sign-on (SSO)

1. Go to https://portal.btcloudphone.bt.com/login.
2. Click the Single sign-on button.
3. Enter your Email Address, then click Submit.
4. You will be asked to enter your company's IdP login. Enter your Company Username and Password, then click Sign In. 

Single Sign-On (SSO) can only be set up by your company Administrator. Select this option only if your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to access BT Cloud Work. If you are a User, contact your Company Administrator for questions.

Log in using Google Credentials

1. Go to the BT Cloud Work log in page.
2. Click Google. If you have not logged out from your previous login, you will be automatically logged in to your BT Cloud Work Portal.
3. If you are logging in for the first time or have logged out from your previous login, enter your Google email, then click Next. If your company uses Google G Suite, enter your Google G Suite credentials instead.
4. Enter your password, then click Next.
